This delightfully different uniform has velvet accents. The collar and cuffs are all black velvet. Some of the uniforms have some wear on the velvet parts so they look slightly worn. The triangular flap that hangs down in the front is also velvet and detachable. It snaps on underneath the chest of the jacket. If it is off then the jacket just goes to the white point you can see on the left side. The jacket absolutely requires bibbers because it is so high waisted on the right side. The jacket has some very nice "bling" on one shoulder, it has silver rhinestones scattered over the shoulder. It looks very showy and is a nice sparkle factor. The cuffs are very impressive looking. They are very long with dramatic points. One side has silver rhinestone bling as you can see in the picture below. The cuffs are detachable. The jacket has two small strips of Velcro in the center front of the jacket. I'm not sure exactly what they were used for; but you could either attach a school emblem there or simply remove the strips.
